    I’m a self taught mixed media & paper clay character artist living in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.   I’m Inspired by my love of nature, animals & anything vintage. I love Halloween, so many of my dolls have a Halloween heart.  I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to detail, no detail is ever too small. I hope my art instills joy in those who see it. My art has been published several times in Art Dolls Quarterly and been in a number of juried shows.

    I’m an italian Figurative artist living in Sicily.I grew up surrounded by creative people so I experienced the arts first hand. As figurative artist I’m a sculptor and fine art photographer.I started sculpting in 2015, now I think of nothing else! My dolls and fantasy creatures have a head and limbs sculpted in polymer or paper clay on a wired cloth body. I’m inspired by books loved as a child, nature, and by anything that thrills me!

    Sam Crow resides in England. She studied mural painting at Chelsea School of Art & theatre design at Central St. Martin’s. Her creepy-cute art dolls combine her creative urges costume, theatre, sculpting, story telling, tinkering & playing. Each figure is entirely hand made, using clay over a wire armature, paint, wood, found objects, various textiles & textile techniques, a sprinkling of imagination to depict the characters she has met, seen, dreamt of or imagined – little people with large personalities.

    I am an ooak art doll maker, sculptor, and painter. As a doll maker, I am also a fashion designer, a wig maker, a cobbler, and a seamstress. I make every part of my dolls starting with the armature, and ending with the eyelashes. I believe each doll should have its own story, and I try to infuse that story into them so you can see it without explanation. I hope you like my dolls.

My pieces usually form organically from various clays and have inclusions of healing crystals, geodes, glass shards & natural found items like driftwood, leaves, dried petals & pods, shells, bone, insect parts and glue! My work has been featured in ADQ, Dolls, Tiny Dragons Book Series and Infected by Art volumes 5 & 6.
